June is a vibrant month for gardening, as the warmer weather promotes growth and blooming. Here are some essential tips to help you make the most of your garden this month:

Cut down flowering stalks that appear on rhubarb plants.
Lavender prefers relatively infertile, well-drained soil.
Container plants placed outdoors dry out much faster. Check for water more often.
